Delivery 

We strive to deliver your goods within the specified delivery time. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we accept no responsibility for such delays. Shipping costs will be specified during the checkout process.

Right of Withdrawal 

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your goods. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service for further instructions. Email: info@henlo-studio.com Items must be returned in unused and original condition with all tags and labels intact. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
