DELIVERY:

Every product is order-produced, meaning an extended delivery time is to be expected. We will be able to dispatch your order within 1-2 weeks from purchase.

We will inform you of any delays by email, in which case you have the right to cancel your order. For further information on canceling an order please read more under the section “Cancellation”, which is to be found below this section.

Cost of delivery is indicated throughout the checkout process, where you will also be able to those location of your delivery.

Every parcel will be shipped with GLS.

In case you fail or ignore to claim your order at the pickup location within the timeframe communicated by GLS or HENLO STUDIO, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping costs.

CANCELLATION:

You are able to cancel your order to the point where your purchase has been shipped and left our warehouse. If you would like to make a cancellation request, please send us an email at info@henlo-studio.com or fill out our contact form. Please include your order number in the inquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We are unfortunately not able to change your order after dispatch, meaning you will have to return the purchased product, and place a new order on the product which is wised upon.

RETURN:

All returns must be shipped within 14 days of the delivery date. Please send an email to info@henlo-studio.com or fill out the contact form. Please include ordre number in the inquiry and we will provide you with a return label by e-mail.

A return label costs 49 DKK and will be deducted from the refund value.

Please make sure to return the purchased product in its original and unused state, with all elements included. The order must be carefully packed in the original box and packaging.

We reserve the right to charge you the full amount in case of us receiving the product in a used or damaged condition.
Upon receipt of your notice of defect, we reserve the right to make a determination as to whether the defect falls under the commercial or legal warranty or not.

Is it in your right to receive a refund, will we issue the refund as soon as possible, upon receipt of the product. The refund will be transferred back to the payment method used when the product was first purchased at our webshop.


RECLAMATION:

Should you unfortunately experience any defects, issues or damage on a purchased product please let us know by sending an e-mail to info@henlo-studio.com, within reasonable time. Please include pictures and clear description in the inquiry.

The warranty is valid throughout 2 years from recieving the product.

Upon receipt of your inquiry on the defect/damage/issue, we reserve the right to evaluate on however the issue is covered by the commercial or legal warranty or not. In case we determinate that the commercial or legal warranty applies, we will offer you a repair of the product, a new product, a price reduction or a refund depending on the type of defect/damage/issue.
